Synergy Consulting Services is on top of the changes that are coming with PDGM.   New Medicare billing periods where a 60 day period is to be billed in two 30 day periods if the services are greater than 31 days.   There is also new updates to Coding and reimbursement.

Our staff is specialized in a full range of billing formats and work with a variety of payor sources including, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO’s, Commercial Insurance Plans, Managed Care Plans and Private Pay. Synergy Consulting Services staff is experienced in all standard billing forms and formats including PPS, HCFA 1500, UB04 and HIPPA compliant electronic 837I or 837P filing. In addition, Synergy Consulting Services staff is trained in all aspects of supporting billing functions such as OASIS entry, DDE research and entry, RAP and FINAL bill requirements, Medicaid billing and processing of Medicaid VOIDS.

Many States with Medicaid are including EVV (Electronic Verification of Visits) to submit Billing and reimbursement.  Synergy Consulting is involved on the Billing with EVV as we will duplicate the billing from your practice management software and also bill out of the EVV system.  There are several EVV vendors currently in the market.  We are familiar with Tellus, HHA Exchange and SanData.

Synergy is very familiar with using multiple Tellus Versions and HHA Exchange.  We will improve your cash flow when using EVV Systems with Medicaid in each State.
